OUTDOOR SITTING SPACE
DESIGN TO BE ... A focal point being located at the trending art district- The Heart of Art District.
To connect art to the urban realm, bringing old to the new - adaptive reuse.
To propose a living space, teaching studios, rental studios & an integral art space.
To be respectful of the site and preserve as much as possible.
Connecting- tying- the old & new intervention by proposing an encircling tissue-(bridge and courtyard). Implying design empathy & everyday design; to better accommodate it to the new and bring sense of viability, in & out and interactivity.
